All executives I have worked with in the last 15 years have had to experience such VUCA world, either through existing competition re-inventing itself or new entrants undermining their leadership position. To survive in such environment, my clients needed to find new ways of responding to adaptive challenges.

D&I matters have always been at the heart of my work. As a gay male myself, I have always believed that we perform better in the workplace if we can be ourselves. Growing in a supportive and accepting environment is key to your success. This is why, back in 2009, with the support of the Tesco PLC group, I launched the LGBT+ support group for their employees across stores, distribution centres, and offices.
