Romain Sauron
My story
Born in France where I grew up before travelling extensively, I lived and worked in India and South America, before settling down in London back in 2005. I worked in consulting on technology and change programmes for exciting clients, which has helped enrich my coaching practice. I am certified as a business & executive coach, by following rigorous training at both the University of Cambridge and City, the University of London.
With over 15 years worth of rich experience working with a wide range of clients - individuals and companies alike, I have an extensive understanding of how to work effectively with those seeking to lead their career and leverage their potential, by using a credible and structured framework to my coaching approach.
My clients have feedbacked that I am a friendly, easy-going coach with an informal, yet professional, approach. I work best with clients who are serious about making changes to their professional approach, and who are ready to make the most of the coaching process.
In addition to my training and working experience, I strongly believe in on-going learning. I am therefore an Affiliate member of the Harvard Medical School Institute of Coaching, and my practice follows the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) ethical code, of which I am a member of. I continue to develop my coaching skills by attending accredited events, having regular Supervision sessions, and keeping an open and curious mind!
